The exact delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from when your order is placed. How your order is sent
- We send your order from our partner warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't pay extra for this.

International orders: customs and import charges

Late, missing, damaged or wrong items
- Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email us as soon as you can with your order number and photos, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
