- Light option: fairy lights included, batteries not included

Delivery costs and times

The exact delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from when your order is placed. Busy periods such as Christmas, and remote areas, can occasionally take a little longer.
How your order is sent
- We send your order from our partner warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't pay extra for this.
- If a product page says an item is only available for certain countries, that item can only be delivered to those countries.
- Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to change it before your order is sent.
Tracking your order
When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order on our Track your Order page.
International orders: customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. Unless these are shown and collected at checkout, they are not included in our prices and are payable by the customer when the parcel arrives.
Late, missing, damaged or wrong items
- Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email us as soon as you can with your order number and photos, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how returns work.
